The past coronavirus pandemic in particular has shown the impact that a trusting relationship between managers and employees can have on the success of a company.

At agt, we quickly found our way back to a strong sense of community after the acute coronavirus phase. Through open communication and the proactive use of new technologies, we have succeeded in establishing hybrid working models that take into account the need for both flexibility and personal interaction. We have made our flexitime even more flexible and introduced a trust-based working time model that gives our employees more autonomy and personal responsibility.

At the same time, we have not only maintained our incentive systems, but also expanded them in a targeted manner. With the introduction of the bonrepublic digital reward system digital reward system, we have found an innovative way to recognize and reward performance. The platform enables us to communicate appreciation directly and transparently and reward employees for special achievements. The joint case study shows how we were able to sustainably increase employee satisfaction through personalized development paths and a well thought-out recognition system.
