Team building measures in working life

The word team building is derived from the English language and refers to the process by which a group seeks to strengthen its trust in one another in order to work more effectively towards an individually defined goal. The past pandemic in particular has shown the importance and influence that a good relationship between managers and employees can have on a company.

As the results of the "Working 2022" study confirmed, most employees lacked trust in companies during the coronavirus crisis. The general dissatisfaction led to multiple job changes and rising unemployment. As a result, employers in turn complained about insufficiently qualified staff.
