As a leading nationwide service provider in customized passenger transport, we strive to make our business processes sustainable. We see sustainability as an important social value and not only want to go hand in hand with sustainable progress in the mobility industry, but also actively shape it. Our aim is to integrate sustainability into all areas of the company and thus make a lasting contribution to a regenerative, natural system.

In the ever-changing landscape of urban mobility, we are implementing sustainable processes at all levels of the company. Part of this is a partnership with PLANTED, an organization for environmental initiatives dedicated to reforestation and the creation of sustainable ecosystems. We invest in promising environmental projects. On the one hand, we plant trees in areas in Germany that need them most. The aim of the projects is to preserve the forest as a drinking water reservoir and filter, noise protection, air filter, CO2 reservoir and habitat for many species. In addition, we support certified global climate protection projects of the highest standards, through which we offset the emissions generated by our means of transportation.
The aim is to leave a positive ecological footprint and play our part in making environmentally friendly mobility the norm. By combining modern, low-emission vehicles, constantly reducing emissions through process improvements in all business areas and supporting environmental projects, we are striving to reshape the landscape of sustainable transportation. Since 2023, we have been part of the Hamburg Environmental Partnership, which aims toto improve Hamburg's environmental balance, reduce CO₂ emissions and conserve resources without slowing down economic development.

At a time when fossil fuels are becoming increasingly problematic, agt is committed to setting an example by consistently using 100% green electricity in our operations. This conscious decision to use sustainable energy sources underlines our deep commitment to protecting the environment and reducing our global carbon footprint.
It is an essential part of our comprehensive strategy to promote responsible, environmentally friendly mobility that not only takes account of the present, but also ensures a future worth living for generations to come.

In our efforts to actively contribute to environmental and climate protection, agt will be taking a significant step: A quarter of our vehicle fleet, currently powered by combustion engines, will be converted to hybrid vehicles. This initiative is at the heart of our strategy to permanently reduce CO2 emissions by 10%.
We understand that the path to a more sustainable future in our sector requires a reduction in direct environmental impact. Therefore, our primary goal is to minimize CO2 emissions. Where avoidance is not possible, we strive to reduce and, as a last resort, offset through supporting environmental projects. These measures are part of our commitment, which is reinforced by the implementation of the environmental guideline and the ISO 14001 standard. Our responsibility goes beyond the boundaries of our company and includes the active promotion of environmental protection initiatives and the sustainable support of our community."
