The corona pandemic has shown that the situation can worsen, especially in the darker months, which has an impact on the safety and ease of bus travel. During the pandemic, coach travel was and is subject to certain regulations, which may change depending on the situation. Our aim is to make your trip as pleasant as possible and we will inform you about the latest and most important regulations. The Coronavirus Entry Regulation, which has been in force since June 2022, regulates registration, proof and quarantine obligations nationwide. This ordinance abolished the proof requirements for guests wishing to enter Germany and the categorization of risk areas. Since April 7, 2023, the following apply in Germany Corona-related entry regulations no longer apply. Travelers no longer have to comply with any testing, verification or isolation requirements when entering Germany.

There are no specific coronavirus measures for bus drivers. The safety and well-being of our passengers is very important to us. That is why all our buses are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before every journey. In addition, our vehicles are equipped with filters and air conditioning as standard. If you are traveling abroad, we recommend that you find out about the Corona rules there on the website of the Federal Foreign Office. Please note that a travel warning does not necessarily mean a travel ban. In the event of an official order to cancel your trip, you will be refunded your booking costs. In other cases, the decision is made individually and we recommend that you check our General Terms and Conditions. No Covid19 test is required for the return journey. However, if you show symptoms, we recommend that you undergo a self-test shortly before the trip. We are thinking of the protection of our passengers and your fellow passengers. Guest seat assignments can be made on request. There is also no general obligation to wear a mask on our buses, but you as a travel group are free to agree in advance whether to wear a mask during the journey. We are always available to answer any questions you may have.

Report misconduct

As soon as you become aware of incidents or business practices of AGT Bus- & Eventlogistik GmbH where you have doubts as to whether they are in accordance with the legal regulations, the Code of Conduct or other guidelines of AGT Bus- & Eventlogistik GmbH, you can report them now.

Not only the support of employees, but also the assistance of customers and business partners is of great importance. This is the only way to react immediately and avert or minimize damage. Ideally, the problem should be discussed directly and confidentially with a contact person at AGT Bus- & Eventlogistik GmbH. In this way, a solution can be found quickly and without detours.

However, there may be situations in which this direct route does not appear feasible. In such cases, a specialized legal ombudsman (lawyer of trust) has been set up as an internal and external reporting office at AGT Bus- & Eventlogistik GmbH. The information will be received confidentially. The reporting person can communicate openly with the ombudsman, stating their name and contact details. This makes it possible to ask questions about the facts of the case, which sometimes proves to be very helpful. If desired, however, the identity of the person making the report will not be disclosed.

If you do not wish to disclose your identity to the lawyer of confidence, you can submit information online and anonymously via the following whistleblower portal. Anonymous tips will also be investigated.

It is trusted that no information will be submitted with dishonest intent. False reports can have legal consequences.
