As our new Human Resources & Recruiting Specialist, you will keep a firm grip on the helm even in stormy times, direct applications with the precision of a conductor and ensure that every team member on board feels completely at ease. Does this sound like an adventure you don't want to miss? Then stay tuned, because we're looking for someone who's ready to not just be part of it, but to really step on the gas!
Your impact:
- Successfully completed commercial or legal training, ideally with further training in HR
- At least 1-2 years of professional experience in the HR sector
- High level of trustworthiness, discretion and an empathetic, service-oriented approach to people
- Independent, structured way of working and a willingness to get actively involved
- Strong organizational and team skills as well as excellent manners
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and willingness to familiarize yourself with other tools such as Personio and Asana
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
