You will be active in this area of responsibility

Description of the position in a continuous text. What will you learn during your commercial training at AGT? All the commercial basics - plus specific knowledge. We want to support you and your professional development and look forward to your ideas!

Checking, account assignment and posting of incoming and outgoing payments
You support the dunning process in accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting
Checking and posting invoices and travel expense reports
Carrying out periodic work
Management of bank accounts, cash register and credit card statements
You will be involved in the preparation of annual financial statements
Triggering advance tax returns
You manage insurance contracts, rental agreements and other important documents
You take over the interface between the HR department and take care of the preparatory payroll accounting

Ideally, you have the following skills

You have successfully obtained your secondary school leaving certificate or a higher qualification
Commercial interest
MS Office applications (Word, Outlook, Teams) are no problem for you and you are keen to familiarize yourself with other tools (e.g. Personio, Asana, Lexware, Ratio and StarMoney)
Analytical, solution-oriented and structured appearance
Good written and spoken German, English an advantage, but not a requirement
