You will be active in this area of responsibility

Description of the position in a continuous text. What will you learn during your commercial training at AGT? All the commercial basics - plus specific knowledge. We want to support you and your professional development and look forward to your ideas!

  • Checking, account assignment and posting of incoming and outgoing payments
  • You support the dunning process in accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting
  • Checking and posting invoices and travel expense reports
  • Carrying out periodic work
  • Management of bank accounts, cash register and credit card statements
  • You will be involved in the preparation of annual financial statements
  • Triggering advance tax returns
  • You manage insurance contracts, rental agreements and other important documents
  • You take over the interface between the HR department and take care of the preparatory payroll accounting

Ideally, you have the following skills

  • You have successfully obtained your secondary school leaving certificate or a higher qualification
  • Commercial interest
  • MS Office applications (Word, Outlook, Teams) are no problem for you and you are keen to familiarize yourself with other tools (e.g. Personio, Asana, Lexware, Ratio and StarMoney)
  • Analytical, solution-oriented and structured appearance
  • Good written and spoken German, English an advantage, but not a requirement
