Support the agt family with immediate effect or by arrangement as a Sales Manager (m/f/d).

After our Head of Bus Logistics, you are the direct contact person for our sales team
You lead your own small sales team and provide motivation
Process optimization and design of sales structures
Effective customer management from customer acquisition to order management
You will be responsible for the entire sales process, from preparing customized offers to implementation

You already have experience in sales and are eager to win new customers
Leadership qualities
You have a pronounced affinity for sales paired with very good negotiating skills and strong closing skills
