Controller (m/f/d) with focus on financial controlling
Your role at agt
- You support the planning and control of financial resources and thus contribute to the economic stability of our company
- You develop and implement organizational and operational plans to optimize our accounting processes and ensure smooth operations
- You are the contact person for auditors and tax authorities
- The preparation and reporting of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in coordination with the tax consultant and the auditor
- You accompany scheduled external audits (e.g. tax audit)
- You analyze our cost structures and identify potential savings to increase the efficiency of our company
- You identify and implement process improvements and efficiency enhancements within the accounting department
- You will work closely with our management and department heads to achieve our strategic goals
- To ensure our financial performance and target achievement, you create and monitor budgets, financial forecasts and variance analyses
Your impact:
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, preferably in finance, controlling or a comparable qualification
- You have several years of professional experience in controlling or in a similar position, ideally in an international company
- You have sound knowledge of financial accounting and cost accounting
- You are confident in using MS Office, especially Excel, and preferably have experience with ERP systems such as Ratio or similar
- You have a good command of written and spoken German and English
- You are characterized by excellent analytical and conceptual skills as well as a high affinity for numbers. Your strong communication and teamwork skills as well as a confident manner round off your profile
- You work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner
