- You support us in recruiting new employees and take over communication with applicants
- You will be actively involved in personnel processing and support the team, e.g. in the preparation of documents such as certificates, leaves of absence and other administrative tasks
- You support the onboarding and offboarding processes
- You will be happy to support our Office Manager with various activities
- You will get to know various processes relating to recruitment and development and have the opportunity to work independently on various projects during your apprenticeship
Your impact:
- You have successfully completed your secondary school leaving certificate or obtained a higher qualification
- You are a creative, conceptual thinker and want to familiarize yourself with all HR-related topics
- You have an open personality and a communicative manner
- Your discretion sets you apart
- MS Office applications (Word, Outlook, Teams) are no problem for you and you are interested in working with innovative tools such as Personio and Asana
- You have a good command of written and spoken German
