Team spirit through travel
The annual KickOff trip, an integral part of the corporate culture, serves as a tool to promote team spirit. The travel budget is allocated on the basis of a balanced calculation that takes into account team size and performance and gives each team the freedom to choose their ideal destination. These trips offer a platform where employees can come together in a relaxed atmosphere, meet each other outside of the work context and discover a variety of
personality facets.
Travel destinations can be diverse - from vibrant cities to picturesque island landscapes. The individual teams plan their trips completely independently. We make such experiences possible in order to promote a sense of community and well-being. The company-sponsored trips offer employees the opportunity to discover new places, create shared memories and strengthen team spirit outside the office. Every year, stories are created that bring the team closer together. By combining recreation and team building, these trips not only strengthen relationships, but also the bond with the company.
In a spring adventure, agt's Operations Managers and Customer Service embarked on a fascinating journey from Hamburg to Paris, with an unforgettable stopover at Disneyland. The group, which was split into two teams, came together for dinner in the evening to reflect on the day. The following day, an exclusive tour of the Disney film studios was a source of excitement. The Paris sightseeing tour proved to be a picturesque backdrop for team photos in front of the majestic Eiffel Tower and offered unforgettable insights into the Louvre and along the Champs-Elysées. Dinner at the famous "Le Chat Noir" provided a perfect end to the Parisian chapter.

Team spirit and cultural discoveries
The ten-strong team from Accounting, Human Resources and Management came together in Lisbon to experience the essence of Portuguese culture. During the tour of the city, from the historic walls of the Torre de Belém to the imposing Ponte 25 de Abril, the team enjoyed the culinary delights of local Portuguese cuisine and the vibrant nightlife. The journey continued through the picturesque Cascais and the lively streets of Cais do Sodré and Bairro Alto, before finding a moment of peace on the beach in Lisbon.
On Crete, the SalesTeam combined relaxation and adventure. The natural beauty of Elafonisi beach was just the beginning of their explorations. The nightlife and a boat tour revealed the hidden beauties of the island, which can only be seen by boat. A dip in the cool sea was the crowning glory of a trip that brought the team closer together and gave them unforgettable moments. These experiences strengthen the bond and motivation that agt reflects in its values and goals.
