In response to the threatened location at Thyssenkrupp Steel Europe, we supported committed employees in their strike for job security and the production of green steel made in Germany by taking over the logistics for the union members.

Reliable transportation services for the strikers

In a decisive phase for sustainable developments, we specifically contributed our expertise to a significant labor dispute to secure important jobs. As the main pillar of mobility during the strike in front of the Thyssenkrupp Steel Europe AG plant, we reliably orchestrated the transportation of the strikers.

IG Metall's support for the strike by steel industry employees underlines its importance for more environmentally conscious and national steel production. The strikers' demands are clear. In order to produce environmentally friendly steel produced in Germany, state subsidies and investments in future-oriented technologies are required from the government. With our in-depth logistics expertise, we ensured seamless coordination of the shuttle services.

The strikers had to arrive at the strike site safely and on time in order to make their voices heard and back up their demands. We were happy to take on this important task and ensured that the employees were able to reach the strike site without any complications. With a sustainable travel concept for those involved at Thyssenkrupp Steel Europe AG, the transportation of passengers was carried out entirely in the spirit of the strike.
