Your role at agt

Support the agt family as a Customer Service Assistant (m/f/d) with immediate effect.

Please note that Customer Service is not a "call center".

You look after our key account customers
You take over the handling of bus trips or the control of plant traffic in the event of process disruptions
You are the interface between the world's largest online mail order company & agt
Planning, booking and deployment of cabs and replacement buses in the event of disruption
The creation of daily shift reports is also one of your tasks
You take care of the processing of action plans

The work takes place in three shifts - early, late and night shift:

Hourly wage of 15.00 € gross (plus shift premium)
Shift plan is planned in advance

Your impact:

You think and act in a solution-oriented way
You are prepared to work a three-shift model (early, late and night shift)
MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) are no problem for you
You work responsibly, reliably and are open to new ideas
You are characterized by a high degree of customer orientation and flexibility
You have a good command of written and spoken German and English
