You will be active in this area of responsibility

You take care of the planning and coordination of passenger transportation
You will work closely with the Sales department and coordinate and manage the sales process between the departments
You create tenders based on a budget
Control and optimization of existing bus operators and the recruitment and search for new bus operators
Emergency management - you quickly find solutions to problems that arise for short-term and long-term orders
You handle all administrative tasks, are responsible for master data maintenance and monitor appointments and deadlines

Ideally, you have the following skills

You already have some experience in the commercial sector and would like to enter the world of the purchasing department
Nice to have: You already have some experience in purchasing.
You have already completed a commercial apprenticeship, preferably in the commercial sector or have further qualifications in the field of purchasing
You are a strong communicator, motivated by challenges and work with a high service orientation
You are business fluent in written and spoken German and English
MS Office applications (Word, Outlook, Teams) are no problem for you and you are keen to familiarize yourself with other tools (e.g. Asana, Ratio)
