Strengthening reforestation
Through the partnership with PLANTED, a Cologne-based impact startup that supports companies in implementing their sustainability strategy, we are intensifying our environmental efforts. PLANTED focuses not only on a software solution for CO2management but also on planting trees in Germany and supporting international climate protection projects, particularly in the areas of sustainable energy production. “The organization places great importance on transparency and quality by providing regular updates on their projects. We have already had positive experiences with local tree-planting projects and are committed to the restoration of German forests, which suffer from deforestation, monoculture, diseases, and pest infestation.
Forests play a central role in climate protection as they serve as significant carbon sinks. Reforestation is crucial to reducing the CO₂ content in the atmosphere. Forests also offer numerous ecological benefits such as erosion prevention, air filtration, and temperature regulation. Therefore, we actively promote reforestation and offer companies the opportunity to engage in local environmental protection. Moreover, these measures contribute to tackling the climate crisis while simultaneously supporting biodiversity conservation and improving quality of life.

Clean drinking water for all
As a sponsoring member of the non-profit organization Viva con Agua de Sankt Pauli, we have formed a partnership to improve access to clean drinking water and sanitary facilities in developing countries. This alliance is part of our ongoing efforts to assume social responsibility and promote sustainable practices.
We make regular contributions to Viva con Agua, which are used for the organization's WASH projects (Water, Sanitation, Hygiene). These projects, carried out in various countries like South Africa, Uganda, Ethiopia, and Nepal, aim to sustainably improve the living conditions of the local population. The partnership with Viva Con Agua is an example of how agt fulfills its corporate responsibility while strengthening its sustainability strategy.
Through active participation in and promotion of events and projects organized by Viva Con Agua, we contribute to raising awareness of water projects and reaching a broader public. Additionally, the collaboration constantly allows us to explore new perspectives and approaches for sustainable action. This fosters a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the company.
