Every journey is based on your enquiry, from the pick-up point and time buffers to the vehicle class. We clarify what you need before the quote, and the process follows from that. As a rule, buses and drivers are provided by our partner operators, from a network of more than 1,500 partner operators across Europe. The drivers take care of the route from the pick-up point to the terminal.
Which vehicle class is used depends on the group and the luggage. Business travellers often choose a limousine or minivan, larger groups the minibus or the coach. If you are still unsure, simply tell us the number of travellers and the luggage. You will receive our suggestion for the right class with the quote. Corporate clients often combine the transfer with a shuttle service for employees or a VIP transfer for business travellers. Hotels, travel agencies and event organisers also have their guests driven. However many vehicles and departure points are involved, nothing changes for you: one contact person looks after the entire job, from the first enquiry to the return journey.

Enquiry and planning
You tell us the pick-up points, flight times and number of travellers, by phone or via the form. As a rule, you will receive a non-binding quote within 24 hours on working days. We also clarify special requests such as child seats or particular equipment.

Confirmation and driver
After booking, you receive a confirmation with all details of the journey. The driver is fixed in advance, and you know which vehicle will come. If anything in your plans changes before then, a message to your contact person is all it takes.

Pick-up and personal welcome
The driver waits at the pick-up point and helps with the luggage. If the group is at several addresses, the vehicle drives to the pick-up points in the agreed order. If international guests are travelling with you, please mention it in your enquiry, and we will take it into account in the planning.

Journey and additional services
Limousine, minivan, minibus or coach: which vehicle makes the journey is clear at departure. On request, Wi-Fi, USB ports and refreshments are added, depending on the partner operator and availability. The driver takes you to your hotel, office, the trade fair or another address.

Reliability in airport transfers
Flights are delayed, aircraft are diverted, baggage reclaim takes longer than planned. For the transfer, this means: the driver waits, or another vehicle takes over. Dispatch decides what makes more sense in each case, based on the delay, group size and onward appointments. agt can be reached around the clock for this, 24/7 by phone and email, through the same contact person who has known the job from the start.
To make this work, some things are fixed in advance. The driver is assigned to the job and knows the route, pick-up points and times before setting off. For disruptions, we plan with backup plans.
