Corporate sustainability begins with a company's value system and a principles-based approach to doing business. This means for us that our business activities comply with our basic responsibilities in the areas of human rights, labor, environment, and anti-corruption – since our official admission in 2021, we commit to the continuous integration of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) considering these areas.

The 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development was adopted by the United Nations in 2015. It mainly refers to 17 goals for sustainable development (Sustainable Development Goals, SDGs).
Agency for global transport is firmly convinced that the goal of sustainable corporate and social development can only be achieved if a clear and purposeful awareness can be implemented among all its stakeholders. "This means for agt that the 17 SDGs of the UNGC must not only be considered in daily actions within the organization but also in the selection of their service providers along the value chain."
The established goals of the UNCG show a wide range in terms of CSR activities. The officially obtained membership of the UNGC is merely the starting point for a future and continuous sustainable development of the company and society. Therefore, the company management looks forward with full joy to continuously raising awareness and implementing the 17 SDGs at agt.
"By joining the UN Global Compact, we demonstrate that sustainability is a very high priority in our corporate philosophy and that a change in the mobility industry must be the future for us."

Since our accession, we have implemented numerous measures and projects that will contribute to sustainable development along the value creation process, with internal and external interested parties and society as a whole. The first implementations relate, for example, to SDG 4 – Quality Education. This ensures that all employees are offered an opportunity for qualitative further development and self-fulfillment. Thus, equality in terms of educational opportunities is promoted.
A strict zero-tolerance policy against discrimination, harassment, and corruption is also part of the corporate culture. Complaints procedures and escalation levels have been implemented for this purpose. In terms of procurement, agt places emphasis on sustainability and has already trained 50% of procurement personnel in this area. The planned introduction of a whistle-blowing procedure is intended to further contribute to reporting violations and strengthening corporate governance. Corruption prevention measures have been implemented through mandatory training to identify and minimize potential risks early. The protection of human rights is a fundamental component of corporate governance. Agt is committed to adhering to these rights and has also conducted training to ensure diversity and equal opportunity. The promotion of female employees is emphasized, with continuous investment in further education measures. An adequate analysis is carried out to determine the competencies of each employee, which is then represented in a comprehensive competency matrix. At the same time, this serves to identify potential for promotion. This is one of our measures and procedures we have developed to operate sustainably. At the same time, we underline agt's commitment to sustainable and responsible corporate governance.
We firmly believe that sustainable corporate and social development can only be realized if all stakeholders develop a clear and targeted awareness of it. This implies for us that the 17 SDGs should not only be considered in daily actions within the organization but also in the selection of service providers along the entire value chain.
Through various partnerships, we strive for an active balance of our CO2 Emissions.
