With agt – agency for global transport, a coach charter agency, you book your trade fair transfer by bus. With the trade fair transfer, we take exhibitors, guests and teams with a driver between accommodation, the fair and other stops. We organise trade fair transfers across Germany. The trade fair transfer is part of our shuttle service and can be combined with event logistics for your trade fair presence. For arrivals by plane, there is the airport transfer.

With trade fair transfers, punctuality can be crucial for the success of your trade fair activities. A missed meeting or a late arrival has consequences. That is why we plan routes and departure times with you in advance, and the drivers ensure that you arrive at your destination on time. During the journey we are available 24/7, including on site. For disruptions, we plan with backup plans. For large-scale events, we recommend enquiring early. We also review short-notice enquiries on a case-by-case basis.

A trade fair has a tight schedule. That is why we plan journeys so that you can relax on the way. Typical equipment: air-conditioned interiors and comfortable seats, depending on the partner operator and availability. For individual transfers, van and minibus are suitable; for groups, coach, coach XL and double-decker coach. As a rule, buses and drivers are provided by our partner operators, from a network of more than 1,500 partner operators across Europe. Depending on the size of the trade fair, the number of people, the vehicle class and other requirements, we prepare your individual quote to fit both the schedule and your budget. There are fixed processes for planning, vehicle selection and coordination, whether the fair takes place in Frankfurt or in Berlin. On request: digital check-in confirming the bus's departure and arrival, and live status updates during the journey, for example on delays.
