The full service ranges from shuttle planning to implementation on site. You have one contact person for all passenger transport, from the first timetable to the last departure. agt has been operating since 2004 and plans event logistics for companies and organisers.

Successful transport begins with forward-looking planning that takes every requirement of the event into account. The right number of vehicles, well-matched capacities and well-planned routes help to avoid bottlenecks and waiting times. The basis is the information you provide on guest numbers, time slots and locations. Special attention is paid to coordination between organisers, drivers and local authorities, so that access routes, stops and departure times fit together.

For every group size, we select suitable vehicles, from the minibus with driver for 8 to 18 people to the coach for 19 to 50 people, whether for a company outing or a trade fair transfer. As a rule, buses and drivers are provided by our partner operators. Throughout the organisation, we handle communication with drivers and partner operators, so that you can focus on your event.

On the day of the event, the coordination team ensures orderly operations. During the journey we are available 24/7, including on site, and respond to spontaneous changes or unforeseen situations. At the same time, on-site contacts are present at the shuttle stops to look after guests and coordinate departure times. This way, delays can be identified and absorbed early.

During the event, precise control of all operations is important. Real-time communication between the operating teams, mobile control centres and digital management tools enable prompt adjustment to changing conditions. The coordination team follows the vehicle movements, adjusts departure times and readjusts when something shifts. On request: digital check-in confirming the bus's departure and arrival, and live status updates during the journey, for example on delays.
