We have secured three key TÜV ISO certificates for the company, thereby reinforcing our commitment to quality, environmental management and health and safety.
One of the first mobility experts and passenger transport operators to be TÜV Süd-certified in environmental management, occupational health and safety, and quality management, agt – a medium-sized company headquartered in Hamburg – is one of the first service providers in the field of mobility and passenger transport to achieve three certifications under the ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 standards. TÜV assesses companies against ISO standards in various areas. Whilst companies undergo an annual surveillance audit, recertification takes place every three years.
The certificates are intended to have a positive impact on the quality of service providers and product manufacturers and to strengthen the trustworthiness of providers in the eyes of partners and customers. Since 2018, agt has been certified to the DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System standard. “Improving quality is the foundation of a successful business,” says Managing Director Ms Heike Januzi-Schlatermund.
The company’s main objective is to meet ever-increasing standards and thereby achieve positive business development. Internal and external processes are strengthened; defining who is responsible for quality-related activities and which procedures must be followed falls within the scope of the established quality management system and thus promotes a competitive advantage.
