Bus hire with driver for your Christmas party

Whether a festive dinner, mulled wine at the Christmas market or an outing into the wintry countryside: at the end of the year, the evening should belong to the team, not to the question of who is driving. agt plans the complete passenger transport with driver, from pick-up to the last ride home. From one passenger. How many people travel, from where and to where depends on your party, from a short transfer in the city centre to a Christmas outing with an overnight stay.

There is a suitable vehicle for every group size. For management or small teams, we use a limousine or van, for departments a minibus. Larger groups travel by coach, coach XL or double-decker, and for special evenings also in one of our rarities. If one vehicle is not enough, we coordinate several buses with a matched schedule. With more than 1,500 bus partners across Europe, this is also possible at several locations at the same time.

You have one contract partner and one dedicated contact person, from the enquiry to the last ride home. We plan pick-up points, departure times and return trips, coordinate with the venue and are available 24/7 on the evening of the party. On request, we add catering on board or design the buses in your company's corporate identity through our bus branding.

You will find ideas on format, budget and schedule in our guide Planning a Christmas party. This page is about the transport.

There are no fixed prices, because every Christmas party runs differently. agt calculates every quote individually. You pay for the service you have booked.

Costs depend mainly on vehicle type and number, route and the vehicle's journey to the pick-up point, duration of use, day of the week and time as well as additional services such as catering or bus branding. Whether the bus waits during the party or makes two trips also affects the costs.

For recurring Christmas parties at several locations or other company events, framework agreements are possible. They simplify planning and invoicing.
