Interviewer: You made great progress during and after your apprenticeship and met all expectations. What were your expectations of agt?
Janina: Hmm, a very good question … I just let it happen and was pleasantly surprised. Ranging from the great projects to the responsibility you can assume here if you wish.
Interviewer: Interesting. Looking back, can you say that you made a good decision in choosing your training company?
Janina: Definitely. I was very lucky with my trainer. He advocated a lot for me. The agt is like a big family, there are ups and downs, but they are there for everyone and have an open ear for everyone. If they notice you are committed and motivated, they support you in every area - even as an apprentice.
Interviewer: What do you particularly enjoy about your job as a Sales Manager?
Janina: Definitely the customer contact. During the corona pandemic, it was quieter here. Currently, there is again a noticeable increase. I bear more responsibility today, which gives me more drive to rebuild and maintain the network. I enjoy going to work every day because there are always new projects, feedback, bookings, and many more exciting tasks.
Interviewer: That's nice to hear. Now let's move on to the last question: Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
Janina: That's hard to say because I couldn't imagine becoming a Sales Manager before. Of course, I wondered during training what would come. However, I thought I would stay in the same team. Through agt, I have learned so much and gained much more self-confidence. I never expected to take on responsibility so quickly, and I am grateful for that. In five years, I still see myself in the same position. But maybe with a bigger team. Ideally, I will build more regular clients and get bigger projects. I am perfectly happy in my job.
