The COVID-19 pandemic has shown that the situation can worsen especially in the darker months, affecting the safety and carefree enjoyment of bus trips. During the pandemic, bus travel has been subject to specific regulations that may change depending on the course of the pandemic. Our goal is to make your trip as pleasant as possible, and we keep you informed about the latest and most important rules. The Coronavirus Entry Regulation, which applied from June 2022, governed nationwide registration, proof, and quarantine requirements nationwide. This regulation lifted proof requirements for guests entering Germany and abolished the categorization of risk areas. Since 7 April 2023, there are no more COVID-related entry rules. Travelers entering Germany no longer need to comply with any testing, proof, or isolation requirements.
When planning your next bus trip during a pandemic or similar situation, it is important to be informed about current regulations and safety measures. COVID-19 pandemic status as of 2025:
There are no specific COVID measures for bus drivers. The safety and well-being of our passengers are very important to us. That is why all our buses are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before every trip. In addition, our vehicles are equipped with filters and air conditioning as standard. If you are traveling abroad, we recommend checking the local COVID rules on the website of the German Foreign Office. Please note that a travel warning does not necessarily mean a travel ban. If a trip is officially canceled by the authorities, you will receive a refund of your booking costs. In other cases, the decision is made individually, and we recommend reviewing our General Terms and Conditions. No COVID-19 test is required for the return journey. However, if you show symptoms, we recommend taking a self-test shortly before departure. We do this to protect our passengers and those around them. Seat assignments can be arranged on request. There is also no general mask requirement on our buses; however, as a travel group, you are free to agree in advance on wearing masks during the trip. We are always available to answer any questions you may have.
