A new look at the Karrieretag Hamburg
The Career Day is an ideal springboard for young job seekers and companies. Originally created to build a bridge between companies and potential employees, the Career Day has developed over the years into one of the most important events for career starters and experienced professionals. Since its inception, the Career Day has continued to develop and has become an important meeting place for companies and applicants looking for new career opportunities. Thanks to its attractive format, the Career Day has become a permanent fixture in the calendars of companies and job seekers alike and has become a must-attend event for career and job orientation.
Due to the rebranding, we experienced an intensive preparation phase before the trade fair. The new agt image should also reflect our vision and values at trade fairs. Trade fairs offer the ideal opportunity to make our presence visual and approachable for interested parties. With a new trade fair stand and brand new merchandise, we have also carried out a major offline facelift and implemented many of our well-known trade fair stand ideas. Our trade fair stand, designed with a clear focus on appealing and understandable design, was well received.
We were able to put together a powerful and motivated team of young agt employees to represent us at the trade fair. In addition to our stand and lots of merchandise, we also put together a survey. Here we found out from the visitors what their first job wishes were.
Positive feedback with prospects for more
Karrieretag Hamburg was not only an opportunity for us to present ourselves, but also a chance to gain a deeper understanding of the needs of young job seekers. The challenges posed by the shortage of skilled workers and the changes in job culture can be well addressed at a job fair. This allows us to identify blind spots and take measures to be more attractive on the job market.
The discussions with the young talents at the career day in Hamburg gave us valuable insights and helped us to better understand their expectations and needs. Team Lead HR Management, Sara Solemani on this:
