Your role at agt

  • Keeping an eye on payment flows: You check, assign, and post incoming and outgoing payments and ensure that everything runs smoothly and transparently.
  • Invoices, travel expenses, and details: From incoming invoices to travel expense reports, you are meticulous, precise, and reliable.
  • Support in accounts receivable and accounts payable management: You will provide support in dunning and keep our processes efficient and transparent.
  • Financial management & control: Bank accounts, cash registers, and credit card statements—everything is in safe hands with you.
  • Monthly and annual financial statements: Depending on your level of experience, you will work with the accounting team on monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB) and liaise with tax advisors and other external partners.
  • Thinking ahead about processes: You contribute ideas on how we can make our accounting more digital, efficient, and agile—together with HR, Procurement, and Controlling.

What you bring to the table
  • Commercial training, a degree in economics, or a comparable qualification.
  • Initial to several years of experience in the commercial or accounting field.
  • Routine in accounting according to HGB – or motivation to quickly familiarize yourself with the job.
  • Independent, structured approach to work and an absolute commitment to diligence and discretion.
  • Very good written and spoken German; English skills are a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Teams).
  • Openness to familiarizing yourself with systems such as Personio, Asana, or Ratio.
  • Enjoyment in helping to shape new processes and taking on responsibility.

Report misconduct

As soon as you become aware of incidents or business practices of AGT Bus- & Eventlogistik GmbH where you have doubts as to whether they are in accordance with the legal regulations, the Code of Conduct or other guidelines of AGT Bus- & Eventlogistik GmbH, you can report them now.

Not only the support of employees, but also the assistance of customers and business partners is of great importance. This is the only way to react immediately and avert or minimize damage. Ideally, the problem should be discussed directly and confidentially with a contact person at AGT Bus- & Eventlogistik GmbH. In this way, a solution can be found quickly and without detours.

However, there may be situations in which this direct route does not appear feasible.
