Then become part of our agt team and shape the pricing strategy behind Europe's most exciting bus and mobility projects as Sales Operations Pricing Specialist (m/f/d) - Mobility & Buslogistics. With your flair for profitability, market understanding and smooth processes, you will help our customers stay mobile and ensure sustainable growth, fair partnerships and economic success with your calculations and analyses.

Your tasks:

You calculate prices for customer inquiries in the area of passenger transportation and approve offers.
You check bookings and projects to see whether they make economic sense.
You negotiate with bus companies and service providers to secure the best conditions.
You monitor the market, analyze price developments and maintain our internal price database.
You will work closely with Sales, Procurement and Operations.
You record your results and take care of reporting in our agile tools.
You will be actively involved in special projects and strategic tenders.
You empower our Sales Managers through training in offer development and offer optimization in order to create versatile and attractive offers.

Your impact:

You bring experience, structure and negotiating skills and use them to actively help shape sustainable mobility.
You have completed commercial training - ideally in the fields of tourism, purchasing or logistics. Initial experience in managing or coordinating a bus company or a bus agency is a nice to have, but not a must.
You have at least five years of professional experience in transportation and mobility logistics.
You are confident in using MS Office 365, especially Excel.
You are business fluent in German; knowledge of English is not essential, but an advantage.
You think analytically, negotiate skillfully and act on your own initiative.
You enjoy working in a team and find solution-oriented ways to overcome challenges.
