Accounting Manager (m/f/d)

Then become part of our agt team as Accounting Manager (m/f/d)) and take responsibility for the further development and digitalization of our accounting structures.

In this role, you will play a key role in ensuring that our financial processes are efficient, transparent and future-oriented.

• You will be responsible for financial accounting in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB) and ensure that all business transactions are properly booked.
• You will be involved in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and coordinate with external partners (e.g. tax consultants, auditors).
• You optimize existing processes and contribute ideas for the digitalization of accounting.
• You ensure close cooperation with the Controlling, Procurement and HR departments.
• You actively contribute to the introduction of modern accounting structures and efficient workflows.

With your expertise, you ensure financial clarity, reliability and transparency.
You help to ensure that agt remains economically strong and at the same time shape the transformation towards a digital, future-oriented accounting department.

• You have a good knowledge of accounting according to HGB.
• You have several years of professional experience in accounting or finance (professional level).
• You have experience in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
• You work confidently with DATEV or comparable accounting and ERP systems.
• You have a very good command of German and English.
• You work carefully, independently and in a structured manner and enjoy actively helping to develop a modern, digital accounting system.
