Operations Manager (m/f/d) - Hybrid (1 day remote work)
Your role at agt
- You continuously analyze and optimize internal processes to improve quality, costs, productivity and output
- You take responsibility for smaller upgrade and integration projects in operations
- You plan and optimize timetables and ensure the monitoring and procurement of concessions
- You create and check offers, contracts and invoices
- You coordinate and communicate confidently with various internal and external stakeholders in a highly regulated environment
- You take care of conflict and complaint management in close cooperation with Customer Service
Your impact:
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset and like to take on responsibility
- Your completed studies, e.g. in business administration, or a commercial apprenticeship form the basis of your specialist knowledge
- You work routinely and confidently with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
- Customer orientation and flexibility are a matter of course for you
- Your business fluent German and English skills round off your profile; knowledge of Polish or French is a plus
- Solution-oriented thinking and action characterize your working style
- Analytical, strategic and coordinative skills are among your strengths
