As part of our Operations team focusing on one of our largest online retailers, you will be in the thick of things instead of just being there, ensuring that our projects run smoothly and efficiently.
What you can expect from us:
You will gain deep insights into the world of operations and work closely with our Operations Managers, our Supervisor and our Specialists. Together, you will ensure that our projects are implemented in a professional and structured manner.
Your tasks will range from preparing quotations and invoices to data maintenance and optimizing internal processes. You will learn how organization, communication and efficiency interact optimally in day-to-day business and can contribute your knowledge directly.
Your tasks:
- You provide support with quotations and invoicing
- You take over the maintenance of documents, checklists and templates
- You maintain data in our internal systems
- You support the follow-up of anomalies and administrative tasks
Your impact:
- You have already completed a commercial apprenticeship or a degree (e.g. business administration, logistics, transport management or industrial engineering).
- You are confident in using MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint)
- You speak German & English very well, other languages are a plus (French, Polish, etc.)
- You work in a structured, organized and reliable manner
- You want to think along, lend a hand and be part of a team that is there for each other
