Your project:
- Overall responsibility for the change management project: You take on the management of the entire project - from strategic planning to operational implementation
- Introduction and integration of new systems: You are responsible for the successful introduction and integration of modern CRM and financial systems into our company processes
- Coordination of all interfaces: You manage communication and collaboration between IT, specialist departments and external partners to ensure smooth implementation
- Development of innovative change strategies: You develop future-oriented concepts to make the transition efficient and sustainable
- Controlling budget, time and quality: You keep an eye on the budget, schedules and quality standards at all times and ensure that they are adhered to
- Direct cooperation with the management: You work closely with the management and all relevant teams to clearly define and implement requirements
- Selecting and testing new tools: You select suitable tools, carry out test phases, research the market and coordinate communication with system providers
- Leading an interdisciplinary team: You lead, motivate and develop a diverse team with the aim of bringing the project to a successful conclusion
Your impact:
- You have a degree in business informatics, computer science, business administration or a comparable field
- You have several years of experience in the successful management of IT and change management projects
- You have in-depth expertise in working with CRM systems, digital business processes and transformation projects
- You communicate clearly and convincingly - and have experience in dealing professionally with various stakeholders
- You take a creative and agile approach to change - and find an innovative solution for every challenge
- Are you familiar with financial systems or have you already integrated accounting systems? Then that's a clear advantage!
