Your mission with us:

  • Management and motivation of a small, committed sales team
  • Responsibility for achieving our annual sales targets and the sustainable development of long-term customer relationships
  • Direct cooperation with the Head of Procurement and interface to the management
  • Advice and support for business customers, associations and private individuals - from the initial inquiry to implementation
  • Independent planning, proposal preparation and project management of major events
  • Organization and coordination of logistical and technical processes with the help of our modern ERP software
  • Management of the entire sales process, including the purchase and sale of additional modules (e.g. catering, artist transfers, branding)
  • Participation in trade fair appearances and networking events for customer acquisition and retention
  • Responsibility for quality assurance, project follow-up and complaints management

Your impact:

  • Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales - ideally with a focus on new customer acquisition
  • Strong customer orientation, ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
  • Sales affinity combined with negotiating skills and closing power
  • Basic knowledge of travel law is a plus
  • Organizational and leadership skills as well as an open ear for your teams
  • Experience in project or event management is an advantage
  • Confident handling of MS Office and ERP systems
  • Very good written and spoken German - English is an advantage

Report misconduct
