  • Support for our key account customer: You are the central contact person for our key account customers and ensure that their requirements are optimally implemented
  • Coordination and monitoring of transportation processes: You will be responsible for handling bus trips and take control of plant transportation, especially in the event of process disruptions, to ensure that everything runs smoothly
  • Interface between partners: You act as an important communication interface between the world's largest online mail order company and agt to ensure effective cooperation
  • Planning & booking in the event of disruptions: In the event of process disruptions, you organize and coordinate the use of cabs and replacement buses quickly and efficiently
  • Creation of meaningful shift reports: Your tasks include the daily creation of shift reports, which serve as a basis for optimization and decision-making
  • Processing of action plans: You take care of the careful processing and implementation of action plans to promote continuous improvement

  • Hourly wage from € 15.00 up to € 17.00 gross (plus shift supplements). The hourly wage varies according to your experience and qualifications
