Sales Assistant (m/f/d) - Sales Buslogistic

Your role at agt

You will support our project management team in the Buslogistic Sales department and ensure that our projects and events are planned, coordinated, and executed smoothly. In addition to your base salary, you will receive a commission of 0.75% for your support. With your organizational skills and customer-focused approach, you will actively contribute to high customer satisfaction.

As a Sales Assistant, you are the central interface between customers, internal teams, and external service providers. You keep processes running smoothly, keep an eye on deadlines, and ensure quality in day-to-day business.
  • You will be in active contact with our customers and assist with order processing.
  • You advise and support business customers, associations, and private individuals (as specified).
  • You will develop proposals for projects and events and prepare them professionally.
  • You create processes, invoices, and transport orders in our ERP system.
  • You accompany events and ensure that everything is tidied up afterwards.
  • You ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements and coordinate matters in person and by telephone.
  • You coordinate and brief hostesses, dispatchers, and bus drivers.
  • You organize the procurement of ancillary services (e.g., catering, signage, branding).

Your impact:

  • You have completed commercial training (e.g., office management, event management), and career changers (m/f/d) are also expressly welcome.
  • Ideally, you already have professional experience in office management, project management, or event management.
  • You are confident working with MS Office 365; ERP knowledge is a plus.
  • You work in a structured, independent, and team-oriented manner and impress with your clear communication skills.
  • You are experienced in customer contact, consulting, and coordination.
  • You communicate confidently in German and have a good command of English.
  • You maintain an overview even during peak periods, are service-oriented, and can work under pressure.
