Due to the steady growth of the company, AGT Coach & Event Logistics will move its office into an additional floor in the Tri-Towers in Hamburg-Hammerbrook in August 2021. The company now provides two floors for their employees and guests.
Office expansion due to company growth
Despite the pandemic, AGT Coach & Event Logistics Ltd. has been growing steadily for years – both qualitatively and quantitatively. Due to staff development, the expansion of the company’s knowledge and further market changes, AGT has evolved and is looking forward to an even more flourishing future. In addition to the expansion of another floor, more office space has been created across departments.
The expansion to the 4th floor offers many new amenities in both professional and personal terms for the entire company. In addition to the extension and remodelling of the office spaces, many extras were added, such as a creative space and meeting rooms with appropriate technical equipment. Moreover, the remodelling includes a staff lounge with seating areas, kitchen and dining area and access to its own terrace area. AGT’s youngsters do not miss out either: a separate playroom with various toys ensures them a comfortable place of retreat in the office.
Team events improve team spirit
The spacious common room will not only make break times more pleasant but will also serve as an event location for company events, movie nights or social gatherings. As a traditional and family orientated business it is deeply rooted in the company’s philosophy to bond over social events. It not only improves the strength between employees and the company but also supports the working atmosphere. The space also offers an additional opportunity to brainstorm and exchange ideas.
